At Simon Pearce, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade glassware and pottery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact customer service with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective gift boxes and shipping carton to ensure the delicate glass or ceramic arrives safely at our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
